Our presenter for the night will be Kim Smith, a senior Human Resources Consultant with HR Factor since 2012. She will be helping our group understand the complexities of the different major personality types that we encounter in the workplace. Through self-exploration and analysis, we will discover a little more about ourselves, others, and how to navigate the complexities of human interaction in the workplace. This will be an engaging evening!
